Yoga on the farm

Whether you’re an experienced yogi or a beginner, our Farm Yoga session promises a refreshing and restorative experience. Enjoy the sounds of nature and the various farm animals that are sure to provide extra entertainment. After the session, feel free to visit with the goats, chickens, ducks, geese, and sneaky cat named Pickles. Come find your balance and reconnect with nature!

What to bring:

• Comfortable clothing suitable for movement and comfortable shoes for visiting the animals afterwards

• Water bottle to stay hydrated

• Sun protection (hat, sunscreen) if needed

Yoga mats provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own. There is a bathroom on site.
